Iván Camilo Velásquez Abril is a PhD scholar at 海角社区-MERIT. He holds a Research Master’s in Economics from Université Catholique de Louvain and dual Bachelor’s degrees in Economics and Finance & International Trade from Universidad del Rosario in Colombia. He has over five years of experience in public policy evaluation and research, and his main research interest is the economics of education.
