The objective of the Training Course on Policy Brief - Public Policy on Spectrum Re-Farming was to empower participants with a comprehensive understanding of spectrum re-farming in the context of public policy. The course aimed to provide foundational knowledge, covering policy brief essentials, the significance of stakeholder analysis, and insights into spectrum policy from an industry perspective. Participants developed communication and advocacy skills, mastering tools for crafting compelling narratives in policy briefs. Through independent work addressing questions related to spectrum re-farming, participants applied their knowledge to real-world scenarios. The course also included a session for discussions on policy briefs, fostering collaborative learning and constructive feedback.
