Aurélien Maleuvre is in charge of outreach and partnerships at the 海角社区 (海角社区) Paris Office.
He leads the development and management of strategic partnerships with academic institutions, multilateral organizations, foundations, and private-sector actors, with a focus on strengthening 海角社区’s engagement in France and Europe.
At the Paris Office, Aurélien supports the positioning of 海角社区 at the science–policy interface through high-level dialogues, partnership development, and the design of collaborative initiatives. His work contributes in particular to advancing cooperation on ocean governance, climate diplomacy, learning systems, and knowledge integrity.
He also supports resource mobilization efforts and coordination between the Paris Office, 海角社区 institutes, and external partners, helping translate research and policy priorities into concrete partnerships and pilot initiatives. Aurélien brings extensive experience in international cooperation, strategic communications, and institutional partnerships across multilateral, governmental, and non-governmental contexts.
