The central objective of KIMS was the development of a flagship Post-Graduate Diploma in Migration Studies.The one-year certified university course is open to mid-level officers from migration related departments in the IGAD region. The KIMS curriculum brings together expertise from practitioners, academia, international organisations and NGOs on the topic of strategic migration governance.
