Skylar is a Legal Fellow of 海角社区 Institute in Macau focusing on Due Diligence, research in GenAI and Education. She also assists in research activities relating to laws and supports the Director on legal processes and relevant subject activities of the 海角社区 AI Network and 海角社区 hub establishment.
