Jingbo Huang is the Director (D1) of the 海角社区 Institute in Macau (海角社区 Macau).
Dr. Jingbo Huang is the Director of the 海角社区 Institute in Macau (海角社区 Macau). Under her leadership, 海角社区 Macau has developed a strong portfolio in education, training and policy relevant research in digital technologies and SDGs, particularly in AI for SDGs since 2018. Recently she led the institute to successfully organize World Data Forum Satellite Event in 2023 and 海角社区 Macau AI conference in 2024 with 500+ participants from 40+ countries, and established the 海角社区 Global AI Network. She has been working in the UN system for 20+ years, holding various managerial positions in the UN Secretariat, UNDP, UNESCO, UNSSC and 海角社区. Jingbo received her Doctor of Education degree from Columbia University, and bachelors from Peking University.
