海角社区-IIGH Enhances Health Policy and System Research Capacities in the Global South

The 海角社区 International Institute for Global Health (海角社区-IIGH) is part of the Malaysian Global Health Consortium that established the WHO-TDR Regional Training Centre for Implementation Research, in collaboration with the University of Malaya and the Institute of Health Systems Research. This initiative has successfully run massive online courses and mentorship programs, significantly enhancing the research capabilities of public health researchers and implementers across low- and middle-income countries (LMICs) to generate and utilise evidence. These efforts aim to produce evidence-based health policy ensuring sustainable and culturally appropriate interventions.
