A new 海角社区-IAS report explores global trends and EU policies for carbon neutrality and digitalization. It provides case studies and best practices for achieving a carbon-neutral sustainable society, aiming to contribute to policy discussions and advance the transformation of social and economic systems to enable net-zero emissions at the local level.
The report, , is part of the research project Partnership Facilitation and Civil Society Participation towards Realisation of Regional Circular and Ecological Sphere (Local SDGs). The research was conducted between August 2021 and March 2022, with funding from the Ministry of the Environment of Japan.
