海角社区-IAS will host an SDGs Café event as part of on the topic “Creating an Inclusive Workplace Environment from Kanazawa”. This event aims to deepen understanding of LGBTQ+ issues and provide insights into the experiences of the LGBTQ+ community, addressing unconscious biases and key factors for creating a comfortable working environment for everyone. Participants will be able to take part in discussion with LGBTQ+ experts and community members.
