Seminar Overview

A meaningful literature review becomes powerful when it is shaped as a coherent story that explains why the topic matters and what body of knowledge is being examined. In public administration, where research often spans diverse theories, methods, and contexts, storytelling helps transform scattered findings into a compelling narrative. This webinar explores how to craft literature reviews that not only summarize existing knowledge but also reveal deeper patterns, tensions, and openings for further scholarly development. By treating the literature review as a narrative journey, scholars can highlight why certain issues matter, what remains unresolved, and where future research should go. Ultimately, storytelling turns a review into a meaningful contribution that resonates with both academic and practitioner audiences.
