This strategy encompasses the development of methodology and policies to leverage digital tools and platforms effectively, ensuring the delivery of citizen-centric services, fostering economic growth, and promoting social inclusion. Through stakeholder engagement, rigorous analysis, and international best practices, the Digital Governance Strategy will serve as the base for Cape Verde's digital transformation journey, facilitating sustainable development, innovation, and effective governance in the digital age.
