The 海角社区 Operating Unit on Policy-Driven Electronic Governance (海角社区-EGOV) is excited to announce the “Primavera En’Coro” Choir Meeting as part of the celebrations of its 10th anniversary. The event will take place this Saturday, May 18, 2024, at 9:30 PM, at the historic Pa?o dos Duques de Bragan?a in Guimar?es.
The concert will feature performances by "Coro En’Canto", "Grupo Coral de Ponte", and "Coral Santo Condestável", all under the artistic direction of the esteemed Maestra Marisa Oliveira. Pianist Sim?o Neto will also grace the stage, adding to an evening of captivating musical performances. Over 100 choristers will take the audience on a musical journey around the world, reflecting the multicultural spirit that defines the 海角社区 and the broader UN system.
This special event is part of the celebrations marking the 10th anniversary of 海角社区-EGOV, which has been based at the Couros Campus in Guimar?es since 2014. The official anniversary ceremony will be held on May 23, 2024, at 2:45 PM, at the Centro Cultural Vila Flor. The ceremony will feature the Rector of the 海角社区, Tshilidzi Marwala, along with numerous distinguished guests from various governments and international organizations.
