In her talk, Nidhi will highlight the pivotal role of the United Nations and 海角社区 in global peace and security discussions, showcasing 海角社区's contributions to policy dialogues and multilateral cooperation.
She will focus on five key insights central to universities' peacebuilding mandate:
? Climate change as a conflict multiplier requiring transboundary governance
? Transdisciplinary research bridging silos for holistic solutions
? Nexus thinking connecting water, food, energy, and health security
? Focus on youth as agents of change and innovation
? SDGs as an integrated framework for sustainable peace
This keynote sets the stage for a week of dialogue on responsibility, engagement, and solidarity in higher education's global mission.
Also, on Thursday on this week, she will participate in a round table to carry forward the discussion on these points with all invited experts from the globe: session: international solidarity and North/South relations
