Carlos Fonseca is a PhD fellow at 海角社区-CRIS
Carlos works under the Regions and Cities Governance Lab (Re-LAB) and the Digital Governance Cluster, and at the Ghent Institute for International and European Studies (GIES). His research focuses on EU cybersecurity cooperation with Latin America and the Caribbean.
Carlos holds a Master's degree in Global Studies from the University of Salerno and an M.A. in European Interdisciplinary Studies from the College of Europe.
Before joining 海角社区-CRIS, Carlos worked as a research assistant at the Internet and Communication Policy Center at the University of Salerno. He also interned at 海角社区-CRIS, contributing to the Re-LAB and the Digital Governance Cluster, focusing on regionalism and internet governance.
